A fitness plan needs to be committed to, but delicately adjusted as you change and grow. It needs to be both followed and updated regularly. This means a bit of discipline, knowledge, and accountability.

Accountability Coaching
No matter who you are and what you want to accomplish, there’s one thing to be sure of… change is hard. Any time you commit to a big change, it comes with challenges. Accountability coaching is built into any of our programs together because the goal is to help you when you do face struggles, doubts, and uncertainties. A key element of coaching is finding balance — among your diet, your exercise, your sleep, and all aspects of your physical and mental energy. You’ll always have me in your corner.
